Manual Penis Exercises
Some believe that there are two main manual exercises that can increase penis size:
Penile stretching is the use of repeated manual stretching to lengthen the penis.
Jelqing: Penis constriction and massage for increased girth
Both techniques are based on the idea that massage causes “micro-tears” in the penis tissues. Over time, the body will “fill in” the gap with scar tissue, which can cause the penis to grow in size.
While the penis is flaccid, stretching exercises are performed (soft). They usually involve gripping the penis head and pulling it upward. Pressure at the base of the penis may be applied in the opposite direction as the penis is stretched. After that, the position is held for several minutes. This is typically performed at least once per day.
Jelqing is an ancient Arabic technique that involves grasping the base of the penis and moving your hand up the shaft with consistent, moderate pressure. This should be done for up to 30 minutes per day.
